Emily Weiss has all my money and I can't even be mad about it.
If you've ever been to a glossier showroom you'll know the odd sensation of feeling instantly out of your league yet also extremely welcomed at the same time. It's twisted and genius. Glossier definitely has the "Who ME, stahhppp, I just threw this together" thing nailed down, and figured out a way to bottle it up and sell it in a variety perfectly packaged items.
Needless to say I'm a frequent customer, and through my various purchases I've figured out what I personally think is worth it and what's not. One of my favorite things about glossier, is that they give you free samples from their skincare line with every purchase. This is originally how I met and fell in love with their priming moisturizer.
★★★★☆
The priming moisturizer was my go to freshman year, I literally could not stop raving about it. Glossier's website advertises it as a skin plumper that, "instantly brings out the best in your skin." When I used it I loved it, and though we've parted ways I'm still always excited to get it as a sample.

p.s - in case you were wondering my new fave is the Garnier 3n1 rose moisturizer

Ok so my absolute favorite product that Glossier makes is their Boy Brow. I'm sure you've probably heard about it before, but that's because it really is that good. Boy Brow is inspired by hair pomade so it's consistency is thick enough to hold hairs in place without leaving them crunchy or flaky. One bottle lasts a pretty decent time, and I'm currently on my third with full intentions of purchasing a forth.

My next fave is a newbie called the Lidstar which has quickly made it's way into my daily makeup routine. This is essentially the product that I didn't know I needed until I had it, and now I can't put it down. It's a liquid/cream eyeshadow that comes in 6 flattering shades. I picked up the color "Herb" which is a super wearable mossy green. 10/10 recommend

Next up is the Generation G Lipstick. To be honest the Gen G's and I have a very on again off again relationship, but we're currently in a good phase and I'm happy about it. The tricky thing is that they resemble a balm but aren't actually moisturizing, so they can look a little dry on the lips if you aren't careful. Nonetheless I keep coming back to their shade "Jam" for a nice berry flush. I've also found that these work best over a thin layer of lip balm.
★★★★★
Last but certainly not least are the Cloud Paints. To sum it up I love, love, loveeee these. They're a super pigmented gel but blend out to a sheer flush of color. I currently have the shades Haze (plum) and Beam (coral) and constantly flip between the two. You also only need a dot or two per cheek, so each tube literally lasts forever.
Until next time
xx - B
